You automatically accept the following terms when you purchase a script from our Tebex store (Nova Development Store). When using this site, you are purchasing from Tebex Limited and NOT directly from Nova Development. Tebex Limited has the exclusive license to sell Nova Development products.

All digital software and other digital items provided by Tebex Limited are licensed, not sold. The license we sell you grants you limited rights to consume and make use of the software and other digital items personally, and only against the account that was originally used to make the purchase.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the script in any way
• Share the script with others or upload to public websites
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the script
• Use the script on multiple servers without proper licensing
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

Violating these terms will result in your license to the product being removed and may result in your Cfx.re account being reported or banned. We actively monitor for leaked and unauthorized copies of our scripts.

By purchasing from Nova Development, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on a single FiveM server. Each server requires a separate license unless otherwise specified.

Permitted Use: You may install and configure the script on your authorized server, customize configuration files as needed, and receive updates and support during the license period.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the script for illegal purposes, circumvent any licensing or protection mechanisms, claim authorship of the script, or use it in a way that damages Nova Development's reputation.

Our checkout process is owned & operated by Tebex Limited, who handle product fulfilment, billing support and refunds. By purchasing through this site, you are also agreeing to the Tebex Checkout T&Cs & Tebex Privacy Policy.

All transactions are processed securely through Tebex Limited. Nova Development does not store or have access to your payment information. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards.

Our Merchant of Record (MoR), Tebex Limited, is responsible for billing support and refunds. However, as a gesture of goodwill and at our discretion, Nova Development offers a 3-day money-back guarantee in case you change your mind or if the product is not working as required or as expected.

In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund after 3 days if the issue cannot be resolved or if you are unable to get the script working despite our best efforts to provide support.

PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A REFUND REQUEST AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON.

Some reasons for refund denial include, but are not limited to:

• Resources or download links that have been accessed or transferred
• Inability to verify your purchase or identity
• Personal error such as being logged into the wrong account or purchasing a product twice
• Making an accidental purchase without attempting to contact us first
• Refusal to accept support or cooperate with our efforts to resolve the issue
• Violations of our terms of service or abusive behavior
• Purchases made using cryptocurrency (non-refundable under any circumstances)
• Subscription or recurring payment products

Please note that we offer refunds AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL AND AT OUR DISCRETION, as well as to demonstrate our level of confidence in what we sell. If you do not wish to cooperate with our refund terms, you can instead contact our MoR Tebex Limited.

Due to the nature of digital goods, Tebex Limited do not typically offer refunds for purchases made on the platform. You can learn more here: Tebex Checkout T&Cs.

Support is provided primarily via Discord, but is also available via our contact form. You must have the Customer role in Discord to get support. After purchase, you will receive roles automatically IF you logged in with Discord at the time of purchase.

Support is available 7 days a week to verified customers who have purchased the script through our official store. Leaked, stolen copies of resources from 3rd party sites, or resold scripts are not eligible for support.

You must remain a member of our Discord server to qualify for lifetime free support. Leaving the Discord server may result in loss of support access.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness or abusive behaviour towards our team.

Instances of rudeness or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff may result in:

• Temporary timeouts from support channels
• Being refused support for your tickets
• Being blacklisted from opening support tickets
• In extreme cases, a permanent ban from the server (no support access)

This measure is taken to protect our staff from abusive behaviour and to maintain a respectful working environment. We value constructive feedback and are committed to resolving issues amicably. We encourage all customers to communicate respectfully and courteously with our staff to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Nova Development provides free lifetime updates for all purchased scripts. Updates include bug fixes, compatibility updates for FiveM updates, and feature improvements at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that scripts will be compatible with third-party resources or custom server modifications. While we strive to maintain compatibility, significant changes to your server configuration may require additional support or customization.

Major version updates or complete rewrites may be provided as separate products at our discretion.

All scripts, code, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of Nova Development and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

The Nova Development name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Nova Development. You may not use our branding without explicit written permission.

Any custom modifications or derivative works you create based on our scripts do not grant you ownership of the original script or the right to redistribute it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVA DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Server downtime or loss of business
• Incompatibility with third-party resources
• Damage caused by improper installation or configuration
• Issues arising from modified or leaked versions of our scripts

Our total liability for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Scripts are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services, including your email address, Discord ID (if you link your account), and purchase history.

All payment processing is handled by Tebex Limited. We do not store credit card information or sensitive payment data. Please review Tebex's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your data.

We may use your email address to send you important product updates, security notifications, and support-related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Your data is stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., Tebex for payment processing).

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your purchase, please contact us first through our support channels. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Tebex Limited as they are the Merchant of Record.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through support shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to support at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the script and delete all copies in your possession. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
